By registering as a user at you will have access to our e-commerce and prices. By registering and purchasing as a user, you agree to the terms and conditions of purchase below.

Prices and Payment
Each item is listed with the price included VAT. In the cart you can see the total price including all taxes, VAT, shipping and payment.
Terms of payment are stated in the shopping cart depending on the choice of payment.
Terms of shipment are stated in the shopping cart depending on the shipping method.

Right to Withdraw
You have a right to withdraw your order within 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret the purchase of the order. The withdrawal period begins the day you receive the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a customized product or item that has a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the date we provided information.

When You Have Taken Advantage of Your Right to Withdrawal:

You are required to keep the product in good condition in the same way as when you received it. You may not use the product; however, you have the right to carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost because of your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.

You are not entitled to withdraw if:

The service has commenced during the withdrawal period with your consent. The price is depended on the fluctuations of the financial market, such as a share, the item cannot be returned due to its quality. The seal has been broken on audio or image recordings as well as computer programs. With a seal we are referring to a technical sealing.

Data Protection Act GDPR – We protect your personal data.

On May 25, 2018, the new data protection regulation GDPR begun. It replaced the Swedish Personal Data Act and is applied as law in all EU countries. All companies, organizations and authorities must comply with the new rules.

The primary purpose of the Data Protection Ordinance is to improve the protection for you as a customer when processing your personal data. This means, among other things, that you have the right to find out how we use the information we have about you and for what purpose. We use it to get in touch with you and be able to handle our bookings in cooperation with our salon system, itsperfect. Itsperfect follows the rules that GDPR requires.

Security is important to us and our salon system itsperfect, which takes adequate technical and organizational security measures to ensure that personal data is not misused, lost or disposed of by unauthorized persons in processing of your personal data.

Cookies uses cookies according to the Electronic Communications Act, July 25, 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer, this file contains information to help the online store to identify and track users. The two different types of cookies are; session cookies and cookies stored permanently on your computer. During your first visit to the online store, your browser is assigned with a unique session cookie which is used to differentiate you from other users. In order to use the online store at, you should allow cookies in your browser. This type of cookie is only used to give you a better experience and support, it does not store any personal information about you. In this online store cookies are used, for example, to keep track of your shopping cart, settings, and pages you have visited to give you a better customer experience and support. Cookies can be deleted.

Delivery time is stated in the shopping cart below the different shipping methods. I a product has a different delivery time, it is stated on each item.
Non-retrieved packages
If you have selected cash on delivery for shipment, your package will remain at the postal representative for four weeks. Non-retrieved packages are returned to us. For all non-retrieved packages, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping, administrative fee and handling fee, which is currently 150kr.

If you wish to return an item it is on your own expense, unless the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns are to be sent back as letters or packages and not as cash on delivery. In the case of changing a product we will pay the shipment fee from us to you.

When you have used your right of withdrawal;
If it concerns a product: send or return the product
In case of a service: keep the material available to us, unless it causes any inconvenience to you.

Refund Obligation:

We will refund your payment for the returned items as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received it or, if it is a service, when we received the notice of your withdrawal. Returns of packages are at your own expense. If the item is a replacement good, we will cover the charge of the shipment.
